About the Artist
Frank Wiklund is a Finland-Swedish artist whose work is deeply rooted in the natural beauty of Finland. Based in Ostrobothnia, Frank draws inspiration from the dramatic changes between seasons and from the beautiful nature.
With over six decades of artistic practice, Frank specializes in landscape painting and primarily works with watercolors. In recent years, his work has also included more abstract pieces. His paintings have been exhibited in galleries across Scandinavia and America, and are part of private collections both in Finland and abroad.
With each painting, Frank Wiklund captures not only the visual beauty of Finland but also the emotional resonance of its landscapes.
